Kristen is married to her husband, Randy, and has three beautiful children, JoeHunt - 12, Hayden - 10, & Blakelee - 8. She is thankful to be a stay at home mom to her very active kiddos. 

Kristen loves all things outdoor, watching her kids play sports, & growing her garden. She has a passion for helping others, and wants to see them succeed in their health journey. It is her hope to enrich the lives of men and women through physical health. 

Kristen feels beyond blessed to be joining the Studio Elevate team full of God fearing women who share the same passions as her — physical, mental, & spiritual wellness. She looks forward to serving each of you! —She’ll be seeing you at the barre!
