Unlimited Monthly Membership Agreement

Barre Studio Membership Contract

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the Unlimited Monthly Membership at Studio Elevate.

1. Membership Type:

Unlimited Monthly Barre Classes

2. Payment Terms:

    •    Membership is billed automatically each month via the client’s saved payment method on file.

    •    The monthly fee will be charged on a recurring basis on the same calendar day each month.

3. Membership Use:

    •    This membership is non-transferable and may not be shared between individuals.

    •    Membership privileges are exclusive to the account holder.

4. Suspension & Extensions:

    •    Membership cannot be paused, frozen, or extended for any reason, including illness, travel, or non-use.

5. Cancellation Policy:

    •    Clients are responsible for managing and canceling their membership directly through the Mindbody App.

    •    To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed before the next scheduled billing date.

6. Refund Policy:

    •    Missed cancellations will not be reimbursed or refunded under any circumstances.

    •    It is the client’s responsibility to track billing dates and manage their account.
